First Look: Monaco Full Black- ACM Calibre 12

TAG Heuer has launched a new Calibre 12 Monaco in time for the Monaco Grand Prix- the TAG Heuer Monaco Full Black Automobile Club de Monaco (“ACM”) edition. This is the second ACM Monaco, but the first to sport an all-black case, in homage to one of the most famous Heuer Monacos of the 1970s.

I’ve always found the use of different case materials to be interesting. It’s one reason why I enjoy the second generation of Carrera so much, as it used such a range of materials.[1]
The majority were steel, of course, but it also came in gold-plate, 18K yellow gold, black PVD (Monza and Modena) and chrome-plate (also Monza).
