TAG Heuer has released photos of this year’s Singapore LE watches. A tradition in the Singapore market since 2008, the Singapore editions are distinguished by their Black and British Racing Green colour scheme.
From the Men’s collection we’ve seen a Grand Carrera (2008), a Carrera Day-Date (2009), a Monaco (2010) and a Carrera Heritage (2011). You can check out photos of each of these Singapore watches here.
Appropriately, this year’s Singapore watches are based on the TAG Heuer Formula 1 series. Let’s take a closer look at the two Limited Editions.
Formula 1 Gents Titanium Carbide-Coated Chronograph
The Men’s 2012 Singapore watch is based on the TAG Heuer Formula 1 “Full Black” Chronograph (below) and features a titanium-carbide coated case and bezel.
The Singapore Edition adds a Green inner tachy scale, Green numbers on the sub-dials, a coloured TAG Heuer logo and an all-black central seconds hand.
The 2012 Singapore Formula 1 Chronograph is a limited edition of 300 watches and is priced at S$3,400- as you’d expect, the watch is only available in Singapore.
Formula 1 Lady Steel & Ceramic with Black Diamonds watch
The Singapore Ladies Limited Editions have always been based on the Formula 1 series, but without the Black & Green theme of the Men’s series.
This years for the Ladies, TAG Heuer has a Formula 1 Lady watch with a ceramic bezel and black diamonds on the bezel- replacing the White diamonds on the standard model.
The 2012 TAG Heuer Formula 1 Lady Ceramic Singapore watch is limited to 150 watches and priced at S$3,750.
