While today you might associated James Bond with Omega watches, here is something you may not know: Before Bond strapped on his Seamaster he wore a TAG Heuer in the 1987 James Bond movie The Living Daylights.
1000 Series (TAG Heuer)

The TAG Heuer 1000 Professional series was the first of the dedicated TAG Heuer dive watches and established a design template that would appear on the entire TAG Heuer range throughout the 1980s and 1990s. Indeed, the popularity of the 1000 in key markets such as the US, Japan and Australia helped ensure the survival of the brand through the early-mid 1980s.
The TAG Heuer 1000 series was discontinued in 1992 to be replaced by the 1500-Series
The 1000 was available with a range of ETA quartz movements, with a rare automatic version also being available.
