4000 Series

The TAG Heuer 4000 was introduced in 1990 and displayed the brand’s direction of “softening” the edges of the previous dive series- similar traits can be seen in the later 6000 series.
The 4000 is distinguished by the split of the TAG Heuer logo between the case and the bezel (the Heuer element rotating with the bezel).
The 4000 is one of the few TAG Heuer or Heuer models not to offer a chronograph variant.
